How long does shipping take?

Because every Vellum item is made to order, please allow 2 to 5 business days for production. Once your order ships, standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3 to 7 business days. You'll receive an estimated delivery date at checkout.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order leaves our production partner, we'll email you a tracking number and a link to follow its journey. You can also view tracking details anytime from your account under Order History. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund. Because products are printed on demand, we're unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing errors, so please review details carefully before ordering.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements in inches and centimeters. We recommend comparing these measurements to a garment you already own. If you're between sizes, sizing up is usually the safest choice.

What materials do you use?

We partner with trusted manufacturers to deliver premium quality. Specific fabric blends, paper weights, and finishes are listed on each product page. Our apparel features soft, durable fabrics, and our prints use fade-resistant, archival-grade inks.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin production quickly, so please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to request changes or cancellations. After production starts, we're unable to modify orders. Be sure to double-check your size, color, and shipping address before checking out.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Vellum ships to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7 to 20 business days after production. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Do you offer gift options?

Absolutely. At checkout you can add a personalized gift message, and we never include pricing on packing slips. Vellum items arrive in clean, premium packaging that's ready to give.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are securely encrypted and processed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Who pays customs and import duties?

For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are determined by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local carrier or customs office upon delivery.
